HOW LONG IS TURNAROUND TIME?

Most ready-to-press orders ship within 2–7 business days. During sales, holidays, launches & high-volume periods, turnaround may be slightly longer. Once your order ships, tracking will automatically be sent to your email.

CAN I COMBINE ORDERS?

Due to high order volume, we cannot combine separate orders once they are placed. Please double check your cart before checkout to make sure everything is included.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM DESIGNS OR CUSTOM TRANSFERS?

Yes! We offer custom transfers, branding & design services. Please visit the CUSTOM section on our website for available options, pricing & submission details.

WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS?

Please email us ASAP with your order number and updated address. If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update it. Once an order ships, we are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?

Due to the nature of custom & digital products, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help make it right.

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?

Yes! Wholesale pricing is available for approved businesses with a valid tax ID/resale certificate. Minimums apply on first orders

CAN I USE YOUR DESIGNS FOR COMMERCIAL USE?

Most designs can be used on physical end products for your small business. Files may not be resold, shared, copied or uploaded into design drives/groups. Please review each listing for full license details.

WHAT FILE TYPES DO DIGITAL DOWNLOADS COME WITH?

Most digital products include high quality PNG files at 300 DPI. Some products may also include seamless files, clipart, SVGs or Procreate stamps depending on the listing.
